Dr Ai Wei Lim was originally born in Malaysia. She graduated from International Medical
University in Malaysia in 2006. She received FRACGP qualification after completing her GP
training in 2015.
Dr Ai Wei Lim is an enthusiastic and approachable GP who enjoys all aspects of family
medicine and has a special interest in women’s health and childhealth. She has completed the
Mater Hospital GP Maternity Alignment Programme and can provide antenatal shared care.
She is also qualified to provide contraception services such as Implanon insertion/removal and
Mirena insertions/removal.
She was previously a registrar in Anaesthesiology department after completing internship.
Later on, she developed interest in primary care and started her GP training. She was
previously a Family Medicine Specialist in Malaysia government health clinic after completing
her GP training. She has been involved in the teaching and training of medical staffs in her
clinic. She was also part of the core team to provide rural health services in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Dr Mei Lee established herself as a highly rated psychiatrist with a particular strength in understanding the nuances across various cultural, religious, language and social backgrounds.
She firmly believes in the holistic psychiatry model of care and welcomes collaboration with referring medical practitioners and the patient’s family input toward a tailored individual treatment plan.
Dr Mei Lee accepts referrals from general practitioners and specialists. She offers brief psychotherapeutic interventions in addition to pharmacotherapy.
